Terms of purchase: The application fee is non refundable. This term applies in ALL scenerios including that in which the application is not submitted on time, not submitted at all, or submitted but the applicant does not get selected.

What to expect

After paying the application fee, you’ll receive an email with a link to the application in a Google Slides file. You will follow instructions to make a copy, go through and type in answers to the following questions, upload photos as requested into the file (instructions provided), then share your completed application file with Erin. The ability to navigate this format (or learn on how to your own) is one of the qualifications required for this apprenticeship program.

Following are the questions you’ll be asked to answer, including some photos to upload and links to share;

  • Do you have any formal training and/or Certification, and if so where did you receive it? Please note any association credentials here.
  • How long have you been working as a Personal Stylist/Image consultant/Style Coach?
  • Approximately how many clients have you worked with?
  • Please share 1-3 client testimonials you have received
  • Do you have any client photos showing results from your work with them?
  • What are your strengths? weaknesses?
  • Upload your headshot
  • Upload 3 photos of yourself in outfits that you feel represent your own personal style.
  • What is your level of comfort using the following technology: Google slides, zoom, online shopping, Pinterest.
  • Do you have another job besides Personal Styling? If so, what is the job and how many hours WEEKLY are you committed to this role during the 9-month apprenticeship?
  • What would you expect to gain from this Apprenticeship program?
