Shireena is the founder and principal consultant of Sheens Image Consulting. She is a multi-talented woman who has a global perspective on diversity, and inherent talent of her clients, due to her experience in Japan, India, Spain, Canada, Hong Kong and Singapore. Her background includes experience as a headhunter with well renowned recruiting agencies; Transearch International and Hudson in Singapore.

Her diverse clients include professionals, university students and financial institutions such as the Royal Bank of Scotland and OCBC Bank. Shireena also has an ongoing partnership with London Business School providing executive coaching to senior management in Asia Pacific.

No stranger to creation and development of the corporate identity, Shireena also works with boutique hotels such as Shanti Residences & Resorts in Bali, Indonesia. She coaches staff with client servicing, communication skills, and personal success. In addition to the hospitality industry, Shireena has well-established relationships with Asia’s most prestigious universities such as Hong Kong University of Science & Technology, and National University of Singapore.
